The Grand Ballroom is located on the lobby level of Rydges World Square and is the perfect venue to host your next large scale event. The Grand Sydney Ballroom is the largest of our spaces, consisting of Ballrooms 1, Ballroom 2 and Ballroom 3, with a maximum capacity of 550 delegates.

This offer is valid exclusively for events held in January, April, May, June, and July 2025 and applies solely to new bookings, subject to limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Discounted accommodation rates are offered, with one complimentary room and one complimentary upgrade provided for every 10 rooms booked, subject to availability. A 30% discount on room hire is available for events requiring venue hire only. A $500 AV credit is applicable toward venue-provided AV services, contingent upon availability and event requirements.
