On the waterfront, in the Heart of the CBD foreshore precinct, Bayside Ballroom is the ideal Port Macquarie Ballroom for your next unforgettable event. Your guests will indulge in our Hotel facilities with deluxe accommodation, Zebu Bar + Grill; our award winning restaurant, an outdoor pool and spa and the outstanding service we pride ourselves on.
Up to 500 of your guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the Hastings River and Pacific Ocean, from our Bayside Ballroom envied by other conference and event venues in the region in a theatre or cocktail style setting, alternately guests can enjoy a seated banquet for up to 330 guests with access to a dedicated bar in the pre function lobby.
With an abundance of natural light from stunning floor to ceiling windows your delegates will feel energised and refreshed ready to refocus and reconnect.
‘Bayside Ballroom’ is located on the second Floor of our hotel with lift access and ramp for wheelchair access. The venue has a private balcony overlooking the bay and leads to our gorgeous pool and terrace.
‘Bayside Ballroom’ boasts a private lobby, bar and Male, Female and Disabled amenities on the same floor to ensure minimal disruptions.
Our specialist team of events staff will ensure every detail of your Conference or Event runs smoothly from check in to check out. Enjoy Complimentary High Speed Internet/Wi Fi as well as assistance from our in-house AV Team.
