Adjacent to the Powerhouse Hotel Tamworth by Rydges is the Powerhouse Motorcycle Museum. It’s open 7 days a week from 9am to 4.30pm (only closed Christmas Day) and is just a stone’s throw away from the hotel.

The museum is a must-see for any motorcycle enthusiast, with vintage BSA Gold Stars and Ducatis from the 1950s as well as Triumphs, Velocettes, Hondas, Laverdas and more. There are over 50 motorcycles in the museum for you to look at, all in pristine condition. With motorbikes from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, there is something from every major era. The museum is also home to a very rare limited edition F4 MV Agusta Series ORO and a 1924 Harley Davidson postie bike.
