Directions
Rydges Auckland Hotel is 50 minutes from the international airport by car or taxi. There are also shuttle services. Experience the very best accommodation Auckland has to offer, right in the heart of the city.
Driving from Auckland International Airport (25 km north-west) – turn left onto George Bolt Memorial Drive, which becomes the South Western Motorway. Turn left at the Queenstown Road Interchange and then right onto Queenstown Road, which becomes Pah Road. Continue on Pah Road, which becomes Manukau Road and then turn left onto Alpers Avenue. From Alpers Avenue, turn right onto Gillies Avenue and then left onto the Gillies Avenue on the ramp.
This places you on the Southern Motorway heading north. Move into the second lane from the right for the Nelson Street turn off. At the end of the motorway continue on straight ahead until you come to Victoria Street, turn right and the second road on the left is Federal Street. Rydges Auckland is on the corner of Federal Street and Kingston Street.
A taxi will cost approximately NZ$75-80, taking around 55 minutes. There are also shuttle services available from the airport at $35.00 for one adult and $8.00 for every extra adult after.
From the CBD – 1km west of the GPO: Travel left along Wellesley Street and turn right onto Federal Street. Rydges Auckland is on the corner of Federal Street and Kingston Street. Taxi fare is a few dollars.

Rydges Auckland offers Valet Parking for all guests. Daily charges are NZ$55.00. Â Guests can valet their car for unlimited amounts of time for the one daily flat fee. The maximum height of the car park is 1.8m.

Self-Parking with Secure Parking
Guests can self-park for NZ$40.00 on a per-exit basis for 24 hours. The reduced parking tickets are required to be validated by the reception. The carpark is located across the street from the hotel, 65-71 Federal Street, Auckland CBD. The maximum height of the car park is 1.8m.

EV Charging is available at $15 per vehicle per charge.
